I’m Chip Townsend, and I’m glad you’re here.

My journey began in 1995 when my wife and I were newlyweds

We invested our life savings—just shy of $1,000—into a 100-year-old building and a group of 57 students.

Fast forward to today, and we’ve grown to serve over 1,000 students across two corporate locations in small-town America, generating over $1 million in annual revenue.

Along the way, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to share my passion for martial arts on the world stage. I’ve earned 14 International Sport Karate Association (ISKA) world titles in breaking, set seven ISKA world records, and appeared on ESPN, Discovery Channel, and NBC’s America’s Got Talent. These experiences have allowed me to showcase what martial arts can truly offer and share its transformative power with people worldwide.
